Before you start

Connect the device with a USB data cable. On battery, press SW3 to power on.
Close PlatformIO monitor / any other serial tool.
Select a release, acknowledge the risk, click Install, then pick the serial port.
If auto-reset fails: hold BOOT → tap RST → release RST → release BOOT.

I understand the risks — do not unplug USB during flash. This writes bootloader, partition table, app, and the face-detection models. SD card data is not erased.
